Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Business-Ai1 Lite, provided by PROCUREFLOW TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62011PN2026PTC256784) (“we”, “us”), B2 504, Sai Ganesh Residency, Vadgaon Budruk, Pune City, Pune – 411041, Maharashtra, India. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Business-Ai1 Lite is a cloud-based business-management application (GST invoicing, inventory, accounting, reporting, and an accountant portal), accessible via web and Android. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for your workspace, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

  • Paid plans (Starter, Business, Professional) are billed for the term you choose (3, 6 or 12 months) via our payment gateway, Razorpay. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added as applicable. A GST receipt is issued on payment.
  • A free trial may be offered; it converts to a paid plan only if you choose one. No card is required to start a trial.
  • Renewal: subscriptions do not auto-renew — your plan runs for the term you paid for, and we remind you before it expires so you can renew.
  • Refunds: subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a term, except where a refund is required by law.
  • We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from your next term.

4. Your data and content

  • You own your business data (invoices, ledgers, inventory, customer/vendor records). You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display it to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and lawful basis of the data you enter, including third-party personal data, and for your own GST filings and statutory compliance.
  • We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you grant access to an accountant via the CA portal, you authorise their access to the workspaces you select.

5. Acceptable use

You will not: use the service unlawfully or for fraudulent invoicing/tax evasion; upload malware; attempt to breach security, isolation, or another workspace’s data; reverse-engineer or resell the service; or use it to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

6. Availability & support

We aim to keep the service available and provide support per your plan, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime.

7. Not professional advice

Business-Ai1 Lite is software, not a substitute for professional tax, accounting, or legal advice. Figures, GST computations, and returns generated are based on the data you enter; you are responsible for reviewing and filing your own returns and for compliance with applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the software, brand, and all related IP. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. “Business-Ai1”, “Business-Ai1 Lite”, the logo, and related marks are our property.

9. Confidentiality & security

We protect your data with tenant isolation, encryption, and access controls (see the Privacy Policy). You will keep any non-public information about the service confidential.

10. Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or legal reasons. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that, and subject to statutory retention of financial records, we delete or anonymise personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data), except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or the data you enter, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable arbitration/consumer-law provisions.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use means acceptance.
